- my solo carreer started way back in 1983, with the 5 track debut album
"Swear".
In 1987 "The high lonesome sound" was released by Geffen Records. The
album was produced by Mitchell Froom, and a lot of great musicians was
envolved.
After the Havalinas break-up I moved to Norway were I released two album's:
"Decievers and belivers" (1994) and "Everywhere I've been"
(1996).
I'm currently working on my new album, planned to be released some time in 2004.

This is the second record i did with Kai Robele we did it in about a
week and a half...i wrote all the songs in about the same amount of time...i'd
play the song for the other musicians, we'd talk through a basic arrangement
and press record kind of a real old school way of doing it...it is what
it is

I did this about a year after The Havalinas broke up...Warner offered
me a deal so i went in and recorded songs randomly until there were enough
for a record...not a very organized way to record...it's all over the
place...but than again so was i at the time...

Mitchel Froom was producer on this record...he put together a pretty
heavy duty band ,
thease guys had played on everything from The Doors to Elvis Costello
to Elvis Presly to Grahm Parsons...it was my first real solo record...Geffen
made three videos for it...i guess they're floatin' around out there
somewhere....

This was my young and confused record...i wrote the songs over a couple
of weeks on a little Casio keyboard...Sire heard it and offered me a
deal...no use appologising for such a thing...my mistake... the good
part of it was working with Richard Gottehrer ...really took me under
his wing...shame we were working on the wrong kind of music...
